Our dedicated maintenance team has been hard at work throughout February to ensure the course remains in top condition for your enjoyment. Here’s what we’ve accomplished:
- Application of fungicide across the course to prevent diseases caused by the unpredictable weather.
- Spraying of insecticide on all greens and tee boxes to prevent worm infestations while maintaining the health of these critical areas.
- Application of herbicide around the perimeter of all greens to prevent the invasion of foreign grass and to maintain the quality of the turf.
- Adding of new sand to the bunker next to the buggy track at Hole 3 to improve playability and aesthetics.
- Carrying out of repairs on broken sections of the buggy track at Hole 8 and Hole 21 to ensure smooth and safe navigation for all players.
- Carrying out of major green renovations on all greens at Valley Nine to enhance their condition and playability.
- Removal of black thatch from the soggy area at Hole 3 and trenching for the installation of subsoil drainage to address waterlogging issues.
Upcoming Works:
- Ongoing maintenance and clearing activities will continue as scheduled.
- Major green renovations will be carried out on all greens at River Nine and Waterfall Nine, including hollow tining, dethatching, top dressing, and fertilisation.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to carry out essential maintenance activities on the course. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible golfing experience. Thank you for your continued support.
