Course Care – November 2024

In the pursuit of elevating the quality of our course, a comprehensive series of maintenance efforts was meticulously carried out in the month of October with Valley and Waterfall Greens undergoing minor renovations aimed at enhancing playability as well as to maintain the overall health of the turf.

Insecticide spraying was also completed on all Greens to prevent worm attacks. With the sudden weather changes, fungicide was also applied to control the outbreak of diseases. To further enhance course safety, tree trimming was conducted around Hole 25 to minimise any risks to golfers and staff during heavy rain and strong winds.

The rainy season has also caused the river water levels to rise, leading to erosion along the riverbank beside the buggy track at Hole 22. Slope protection work is currently in progress to stabilise the area. Looking ahead, preparations are ongoing to ensure ideal course conditions for upcoming golf tournaments and Monthly Medal challenge.
