The month of January witnessed the gradual recovery of greens at Valley and Waterfall from attacks of diseases caused by unpredictable weather conditions. In efforts to control its spread as well as to prevent worm attack, fungicide and insecticide were rapidly applied.
The greens on the three Nines have also undergone verti-drain procedures to reduce soil compaction. In maximising such efforts, fairways are being meticulously sliced to improve the drying process, promoting air circulation within the soil.
Our team is looking forward to the upcoming Monthly Medals and Gold, Silver, Bronze Medals challenge, with preparations on the course already underway.
