Starting 1 September 2025, all members are required to scan the QR code generated from the Meru Valley Mobile App at the starter area prior to teeing off. Failure to scan the QR code will result in the member being denied from playing.
For members who do not carry their mobile phones during play, they can alternatively print and laminate their QR codes, and attach them to their golf bags. Our Membership Department is available during office hours to assist members with the printing of QR codes for this purpose.
In addition, all golfers must follow the instructions provided by the Golf Starters, who are responsible for ensuring that flights tee off in the correct order according to the registered tee time on the first hole. The starter holds the authority to replace or allow another flight to tee off if the originally scheduled flight is unprepared at the designated time.
We kindly remind all golfers to cooperate with the starters and adhere to their instructions to ensure a smooth, punctual, and enjoyable golfing experience for all.
